Wine Label poster-maps of the many appellations and sub-appellations of the American Wine Industry (Initial focus on the Napa Valley industry). These posters are now considered classics as they were first released in the mid to late 1980's during the boom in the growth of Napa County wineries.
Development of the history behind the founding and continuation of great wineries of America. The initial focus has been through the research and subsequent stories and articles written by our founder, John M. Olney, on wineries of California -- specifically Napa Valley, and more recently Nevada County and Lake County. We are in the process of developing the following books and booklets:
Napa County
We are in the final stages of producing books/booklets on wineries of Napa County.The first book in draft is titled “The Essence of the Napa County Wine Industry” which will be presented in three parts which are titled
P1 - ‘The Resurrectors” - From Repeal of Prohibition through the 1960s,”I have completed recorded interviews lasting from one and a half hours to as much as four hours with all the following greats of the Napa Valley Wine Industry To our knowledge there has never been such a collection of formidable wine industry personalities and talents under one book. * denotes inductees to the California Vintners Hall of Fame under the sponsorship of the Culinary Institute of America (CIA) Greystone building, St. Helena, CA.

Nevada County
We are in the final stages of completing two draft books/booklets on the wine industry of Nevada County. The first document in draft is my book titled “Empire Gold: Mines to Wines - The Past Meets the Present.” This book details the history of vine and wine growth in the county from the known time that Americans from the East Coast first established settlements in what would become Gold Country. Lake County
We are in the initial stages of drafting feature articles,books/booklets on the wine industry of Lake County. The first will be a feature article about the career of Jed Steele and the second will be a guide to the 32 wineries of the county.
